Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on the nature of your engagement. You may receive up to 4 messages per month. Messaging may increase during active project phases.
Message and Data Rates: Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile phone service plan. Harlem Labs is not responsible for any charges imposed by your carrier.
Non-Sharing of Mobile Numbers: We do not share, sell, rent, or trade your mobile phone number with any third party for their marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile phone numbers collected for SMS communications are used solely for direct business communications between Harlem Labs and the consenting individual.
Opt-Out: You may opt out of receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation message and no further messages will be sent. To re-enroll, text START.
