Agreement to Terms
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the services provided by Harlem Labs Advisory (“Harlem Labs,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), including our website at harlemlabs.com, our advisory and AI systems engagements, and any associated communications including SMS/text messaging. By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Services
Harlem Labs Advisory provides strategic AI advisory, systems architecture, and operational infrastructure services to business operators, executives, and organizations. The specific scope and terms of each engagement are governed by a separate Statement of Work (SOW) or engagement agreement executed between Harlem Labs and the client.
SMS / Text Messaging Terms
Harlem Labs uses SMS/MMS messaging to communicate with clients and prospective clients regarding engagements, project updates, and service-related information. The following terms govern those communications.
Opt-In
You may opt in to receive text messages from Harlem Labs in the following ways:
- Web Form: By providing your mobile phone number on our website and checking the consent box to receive text messages. Consent checkboxes are never pre-selected.
- Contractual Agreement: By signing a Statement of Work or engagement contract that includes consent to receive SMS communications related to your engagement.
- Via Text: By texting a designated keyword to our business number. Upon opting in via keyword, you will receive a welcome message confirming your enrollment and providing opt-out instructions.
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on engagement activity. You may receive up to 4 messages per month. Frequency may increase during active project phases or when time-sensitive communications are required.
Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply. Charges depend on your mobile carrier and service plan. Harlem Labs is not responsible for any fees your carrier may charge for sending or receiving text messages.
Opt-Out (STOP)
You may cancel your enrollment in SMS communications at any time by replying STOP to any message from us. You will receive one final confirmation message, and no further messages will be sent to your number. To re-enroll, reply or text START.
Help (HELP)
For assistance with SMS communications, reply HELP to any message. You may also reach us directly at waziri@harlemlabs.com.
No Third-Party Sharing
Your mobile phone number will not be shared, sold, or transferred to third parties for marketing or promotional purposes. For full details, see our Privacy Policy.
Consent Not Required for Purchase
Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any service from Harlem Labs Advisory.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, and methodology frameworks — is the property of Harlem Labs Advisory and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Harlem Labs Advisory shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of our services or website. Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of these Terms shall not exceed the fees paid by you to Harlem Labs in the three months preceding the claim.
Disclaimer of Warranties
Our website and services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of Travis County, Texas.
Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated date at the top of this page. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
