Ongoing Advisory

The Retainer

A monthly systems partnership. We maintain and evolve your AI stack, run strategy sessions, and build new integrations as your business grows. Not a project. Not a helpdesk. A partner who knows your operation.

What's Included

Five deliverables.
Every month.

01
Weekly Strategy Sessions

One structured session per week. Each session maps priorities, reviews what shipped, and drives decisions — for every member of your executive team (up to four). Not check-ins. Working sessions.

02
Ongoing System Optimization

Your AI stack degrades without maintenance — automations break, data drifts, processes change. We monitor, fix, and improve the systems already in place so they keep performing as your business evolves.

03
New Integrations & Builds

As new needs emerge, we build. One to two new automations or integrations per month, scoped in your strategy session and delivered before the next one. The system grows with the business.

04
Direct Access to Waz

Async access via email for questions, decisions, and quick input between sessions. When something breaks or an opportunity appears, you have a technical partner who already knows your stack.

05
Quarterly Operations Review

Every three months we zoom out. A full review of what's running, what's ROI-positive, what's changed in the business, and what the next quarter should prioritize. Strategy and systems, aligned.

The Monthly Rhythm

Every month has
a defined shape.

The Retainer isn't open-ended advisory time. Each month follows the same structure — strategy, execution, review — so the work compounds instead of drifting.

Week 1

Strategy Session

Map the month's priorities. Review what's running, what needs attention, what to build next.

Weeks 2–3

Active Build

We execute — new integrations, optimization work, fixes. You receive updates as work ships.

Week 4

Review & Close

Review what shipped. Document changes. Identify what to carry into next month's session.

Questions

Common questions

How many team members are covered?

The $3,500/month retainer covers executive teams of up to four people — weekly sessions, strategy, and development support for each member. If your team is five or more, contact us for custom pricing. The rate scales per additional person beyond four.

What if I'm a solo executive — is there a different option?

Yes. A dedicated solo executive engagement is $5,000/month. That rate is for one person and does not extend to additional team members. It includes the same weekly cadence, builds, and direct access — scoped entirely around one operator.

Do I need to complete the Blueprint first?

No — but most Retainer clients come through the Blueprint because the system is already built and documented. If you're starting fresh, the strategy call will clarify whether the Retainer or Blueprint is the right entry point.

What does "direct access" actually mean?

Email access for async questions and decisions — not a 24/7 helpdesk. When you need input on a business decision, a quick systems question, or something breaks, you reach out and hear back same-day during business hours.

Is the engagement month-to-month or a contract?

Month-to-month with 30 days notice to exit. No annual lock-in. If the engagement isn't delivering value, you shouldn't be paying for it. That said, most clients stay because the system keeps compounding.

How is the Retainer different from just hiring a part-time operator?

A part-time operator executes tasks. The Retainer maintains and evolves a system — the architecture, the integrations, the automations. It's the difference between someone doing the work and someone making sure the work runs itself.
