Three operators, in three separate interviews, each said the same thing to me without being prompted. They had watched the tutorials. They already knew what was possible. What none of them had was a week that came back, with homework, and someone to be stuck in front of.
I knew I needed someone to force me to dedicate some time every week, and give me homework.
